Instruments and techniques have evolved and are rapidly and effectively expanding the field of minimally invasive treatments (MIT).  There is a need to group MIT and present a multidisciplinary approach to the care of patients. This congress will bring together a fine group of specialists who will discuss the indications, contraindications, methods, results, complications, as well as alternatives, economics, and comparison with standard treatments.
